About the project
This highly visible and prominent project is located at the intersection of Danforth Avenue and Kingston Road, acting both as a gateway site to east Scarborough, and as a terminus to Danforth Avenue. The first in line in a series of redevelopments taking place along this stretch of Kingston Road, the design of the building provides a mix of housing options for residents in various life stages, while also acting as a catalyst for wider intensification of underutilized properties in the neighbourhood. Along with providing an influx of new residents to support local businesses, the project also includes live/work suites at grade along the main street to provide access to services for the broader community and enhance the vibrancy of the public realm.
