We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic people to join our team, and have immediate openings for self-motivated individuals in the following positions. Job Captain: (Salary Range $80-95,000)
You have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable progressively responsible experience preparing design development and working drawings, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited institution. You possess excellent time management and multitasking skills to ensure project deliverables and timelines are routinely met. You have demonstrated experience in project planning, design, technical execution, and contract administration, with a deep understanding of various building systems. In addition, you must have a working knowledge of Revit and the ability to coordinate BIM workflows and processes, as well as proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam. You possess excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills to facilitate internal and external correspondence and collaboration, along with a detailed knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. You must have the ability to mobilize and direct consultants and internal staff members to achieve project deliverables and timelines, as well as mentor and inspire junior staff members to reach personal, team, and project-specific goals. It is essential that you are capable of leading projects with minimal supervision and guidance from Senior Management. A strong understanding of the building permit and municipal approvals processes is required.
This is a role for someone with a passion for producing outstanding working drawings and managing people. Your responsibilities, under the direction of senior staff, will include the following:
• Assist in the coordination and management of projects of various phases of design, development, complexity, construction, and close-out.
• Facilitate correspondences with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities having Jurisdiction.
• Coordinate and communicate with Project Team members, consultants, and contractors.
• Problem-solve internal and external project-related design, technical, and interpersonal issues.
• Mentor and provide effective leadership to junior team members to foster internal growth and develop expertise.
• Provide quality control for all documents circulated to Consultants, Clients, and Authorities having Jurisdiction.
• Regularly review and manage project schedule, adjusting drafting efforts accordingly.
• Support Senior Staff in coordinating and preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Architectural Designer/Intern Architect with Excellent Design, Graphic, & Organizational Skills: (Salary Range $75-85,000)
You have a minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrable progressively responsible experience preparing design drawings and presentation materials using Canadian building codes, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited institution. You possess excellent design, graphic communication, and organizational skills. In addition, you must have a working knowledge of Revit and the ability to coordinate BIM workflows and processes, as well as proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam. You possess excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills to facilitate internal and external correspondence and collaboration, along with a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. An aptitude and interest in design, along with the ability to effectively illustrate and develop conceptual designs, strong graphic sensibilities, and 2D/3D visualization skills, will be essential to this role. An understanding of the municipal approvals process will be considered an asset.
This is a role for someone with a flair for design and drawing production, who will flourish in a team environment. Your responsibilities, under the direction of senior staff, will include the following:
• Assist in the coordination of projects of various phases of design, development, complexity, construction, and close-out
• Coordinate and communicate with Project Team members and Consultants to ensure smooth project execution
• Problem-solve internal and external project-related design and technical issues
• Prepare schematic and detailed design drawings, 3D models, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to Client and Authorities having Jurisdiction
• Develop functional and design-conscious approaches to address project-specific needs and aspirations
• Prepare preliminary massing studies, complete with high-level building statistics, for the purposes of business development, schematic design, or design development
Project Coordinator/Architectural Technologist: (Salary Range $75-85,000)
You have a minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrable progressively responsible experience preparing design development and working drawings, and hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited institution. You possess excellent organizational skills and have an understanding of various building systems. In addition, you have a working knowledge of Revit and the ability to coordinate BIM workflows and processes, as well as proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and Bluebeam. You possess excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills to facilitate internal and external correspondence and collaboration, along with a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. The successful applicant will demonstrate an aptitude for design development, construction documents, building science, and/or contract administration, combined with a passion for producing outstanding working drawing sets. A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of drawings, as well as the ability to coordinate with external consultants, will be essential to success in this role. An understanding of the building permit and municipal approvals processes will be considered an asset.

• Stay informed of advancements in architectural technology, building products, and construction methods
