Located in Ottawa’s Chaudière West district, Zibi will transform its industrial beginnings into a new green future. The mixed-use developments at Zibi Blocks 206 and 207 will support the creation of a vibrant, sustainable mixed-use community.
Designed to meet One Planet Living sustainability standards, Block 206 will include both residential and commercial spaces, while Block 207 will draw on the rich industrial heritage of the site with salvaged pulper integrated as an artefact, and become a modern home to commercial and office spaces.
