COVID-19 PROVINCIAL UPDATE: KOHN PARTNERSHIP ARCHITECTS DESIGNATED AS ESSENTIAL WORKPLACE
Following this week’s provincial announcement, we wanted to reassure you that Kohn Partnership has been designated as an essential workplace in Ontario. This means we will continue to move forward and safely serve our clients.
To make sure things run smoothly and efficiently, we want to keep you informed of our current operating plans:
- Our business is fully operational with all employees engaged and working remotely. Based on the province’s current plan, we expect this to be the case until April 15th, at the earliest;
- Our communications systems are well connected and we are in regular, constant contact with colleagues, clients, consultants and municipal staff by: email, conference call and video conference;
- We have established remote systems in place with a robust server and VPN capability that is fully functioning and secure;
- All staff are available during office hours to stakeholders and we suggest email as the first point of contact – we will respond promptly by phone or email
We remain in good spirits, and are confident that we’ll get through this by working together and keeping you well informed throughout the process. We look forward to continuing our work with you in the coming weeks, and doing what we can to ensure that we all remain healthy.
