“The townhouses aren’t uniform in style or size,” says Andrew Muffitt, architect at Kohn Partnership Architects. “We really wanted to provide something for everyone in the market.” Muffitt speaks to the design as a “dense urban form” that allows for a variety of styles, including typical towns with a rear yard; a laneway-style townhome; a back-to-back model with a shared wall; plus stacked towns with individual units that function like walk-up apartments.
