“Among the 346 units being released, buyers can choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations; the majority of these are one bedrooms. Kohn Architects worked closely with Highmark Homes to arrive at open-concept suites. “It’s really important when you are working with small spaces to maximize as much natural light as possible,” says Andrew Muffitt, principal at Kohn Partnership Architects. “The idea is to create spaces that have a volume to them, and design them in a thoughtful, inviting way.””
