About the project
In an effort to integrate additional density and improve site circulation, a total of 9 family-sized rental townhouse units are coming to 2110 Keele Street. The stacked townhouse building with the new units will be built to the north of the existing building, just south of the City-owned ravine lands.
The development boasts an eco-friendly design that is 100% electric, incorporating sustainable technologies and promoting biodiversity through enhanced landscaping conditions. In addition, the project will provide improved parking areas for both vehicles and bicycles.
As part of the social amenities, residents can look forward to a renovated courtyard that features beautiful landscaping, a shared street (“woonerf”), and a new shaded outdoor area that is perfect for socializing with friends and family.
