About the project
Located in Toronto’s historic Corktown neighbourhood, at the crossroads of Parliament and Queen Streets, Parliament & Co features warehouse-style spaces with built-in modern technology that transforms the traditional office into an ‘industrial chic’ workspace. The design behind this mixed-use development carefully balances the heritage of the original building with the contemporary necessities of modern building, including cutting-edge ‘smart’ spaces. Inside, the open concept, bright and airy loft-like spaces feature oversized black steel-framed windows with natural wood benches, whitewashed original brick walls, and architectural concrete floors. The unique design features 50 units of warehouse style live/work spaces on the top five levels, with commercial/retail space below.
