About the project
Located in Toronto’s Scarborough neighbourhood, this townhouse development consists of a mixture of single and double-storey stacked house units varying in size from 500 to 1,000 SF. The contemporary design features clean lines, expansive glazing and a muted material palette of light stone and brick. The modular-like homes create a strong façade along the streets face. The block-like layout of the townhouses creates mews between the buildings that provide residents with beautiful landscaping and outdoor amenity spaces.
