About the project
The Queensview is the second residential building of the Backyard Neighbourhood Condos in South Etobicoke. This 10-storey mid-rise condo will include 134 residential units and offers views of the Humber River and the downtown Toronto Skyline from generous terraces. It also offers residents some additional outdoor space – one of its unique amenities includes a party room that’s linked to a wraparound terrace. The materials palette features classic brick with soft white accents and a contemporary glass skin.
