About the project
Towns on Leslie is a development of 32 New York-inspired luxury townhouses featuring private balconies, backyards, and roof terraces that are coming to the Aurora neighbourhood. In addition to the 2,220+ square feet of living space in each townhouse, residents will also be steps away from a 57km maintained trail, verdant parkland, the 404 Highway and Aurora’s GO station.
The exterior integrates Georgian-style brickwork and masonry with modern elements to create an urban contemporary community. Meanwhile, the homes will include multi-level living spaces that can be used to entertain guests or for general use. A home office for remote work was also incorporated into the design.
The development is scheduled for completion in 2023.
