About the project
EtobiCo is an emerging district for creative entrepreneurs. The development is growing through a connected community of buildings in Toronto’s South Etobicoke neighbourhood, along Advance Road, Norseman St and Bering St. With curated work spaces and amenities, the development tailors to a new class of entrepreneurs looking to cowork, lease or own transformative work spaces in South Etobicoke. The Downing Street Group and Kohn Partnership Architects have brought the EtobiCo buildings together with an established black and white brand, mixing modern and industrial elements to create a community of buildings and an exciting district of workspace.
WorkCondo is a 3-storey development located at 333 Bering Avenue, offering commercial condos in EtobiCo. The design of WorkCondo pays homage to its industrial background and draws inspiration from heritage warehouses and authentic quality materials for contemporary curb appeal. The development offers 8 1,900 SF commercial condos for purchase and an exclusive outdoor rooftop terrace. The Downing Street Group brought us on to assist in designing a workspace that gives businesses freedom and flexibility to showcase their talents and meet customers.
