About the project
As Scarborough becomes the hotspot for urbanization and growth in Ontario, this proposed 9-storey mixed-use building will visually offer a downtown urban chic atmosphere at a midtown scale with its materiality, rooftop amenities, and residential lobby at ground level. This mixed-use development will include 5 retail units on the ground floor and 206 residential units on the levels above. The design of the mid-rise aims to adapt to its surroundings with landscaping integrated berms, which are designed to reduce car headlight trespassing into neighbouring residential units, and creating visual unification by integrating townhouse-style units facing the existing townhouses.
