About the project
The Humberside is the first of three residential buildings in the Backyard Neighbourhood Condos development located on the former Stonegate Plaza lands in Etobicoke. This 7-storey boutique mid-rise condo features a timeless warm brick and glass material palette and boasts views of the Toronto skyline, Humber River and the development’s 1-acre central park. The Humberside offers 96 units and has a variety of amenities on the top floor including a fitness centre, yoga studio and rooftop terrace lounge that offers views of the Toronto Skyline and the Humber River. The condo will be surrounded by mature landscaping, a children’s play structure, and park with a water feature.
